SKN loses another person to COVID-19

BASSETERRE, St. Kitts - ANOTHER family is today (Jul. 22) mourning the loss of a loved one to the dreaded COVID-19 that is still circulating within the Federation. SKNVibes understands that the 46th death is that of an elderly male who succumbed sometime within the last 24 hours. The Ministry of Health’s COVID-19 Dashboard showed that there were 46 deaths with 39 being on St. Kitts seven on Nevis. There are 68 persons in quarantine with five being at a government facility and the remaining 63 at home. St. Kitts and Nevis saw a spike in the number of new cases in recent weeks, which prompted health officials to remind the public that COVID -19 is still ever present.
